Veggie Haters Pot Roast

Roast
Beef Broth
Garlic

Brown your hunk o’ meat in a little oil on all sides until it’s nice and caramelized. Put in a roaster or dutch oven with an inch or two of beef broth. Squeeze some garlic in. Cook it until it falls apart with a fork. You can strain the broth and make gravy with it.

This is the recipe Jim prefers since he is a veggie hater. You can add the veggies your family likes! The key to good pot roast is cooking it LONG and braising, not necessarily the ingredients.
